SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PureGen Water Sdn. Bhd. in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base within the local region.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through various channels
• Scheduling and conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our range of water purification solutions
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the water purification or home appliances industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using MS Office suite
• A team player with the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in the languages
