Sales Executive

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Sales Executive role at Wolta Enterprise Sdn Bhd is responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, presenting and closing sales deals with both new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
• Providing feedback to the sales management team on market trends, client needs and competitive activity
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales contracts
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared sales objectives
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred
