A Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving a company's revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, leads from webinars, social media & marketing.
Participates & closes leads from webinars and offline seminars.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & quotations on products.
Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections/rejections from a variety of platforms.
Assist in support for customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
Assist in data management for blasting & calling for new & existing customers.
