SALES Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches, or Exhibitions.
• Handling new customer leads on daily basis.
• To ensure high level and customer satisfaction on our property.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media and email.
• To liaise with prospects, bankers & solicitors.
• Achieve individual target as given follow ranking.
• Working in a group and together achieve the group target.
• Self-motivation & Self-directed candidate.
• Basic salary + higher incentives (RM 3,000.00 above).
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build and manage relationships.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred.
• Experience in the Sales field (experience in Property Development Industry is an added advantage).
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in NILAI & PAJAM (Negeri Sembilan) area.
• On-job training provided.
• Attractive Incentive scheme rewarded on top of basic salary.
