Our esteemed client is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Acquisition - Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Performance - Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Market Analysis - Analyze customer preferences and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on industry developments and product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Sales Reporting - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Education - Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Customer Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Experience - Minimum of three years of experience in a sales-focused role.
  • Skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Industry Experience - Experience in B2B consultative sales, particularly within industries that prioritize service quality, such as retail.
  • Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in business writing, presentations, and Microsoft Office applications.
