Astino is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic company. What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to both new and existing clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline management
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your sales efforts

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the relevant industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
• A self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Willing to outstation. Monthly meeting at HQ (Penang)
