About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at TA Advisory Services (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time, office-based role in Lake Fields Kuala Lumpur, preferable Mandarin speaker, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the broader team to provide comprehensive sales support and solutions
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ambitious and driven, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to track and manage pipeline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
