We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in Singapore, Malaysia, and other assigned territories. Reporting directly to the VP, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and strengthening our position in the industry. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel within the Asia-Pacific region on short notice may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development efforts for our product lines across the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand the business beyond the current customer base and geography.
  • Manage and collaborate with business partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Provide exceptional account management and customer support, ensuring long-term relationships and business retention.
  • Organize and participate in conferences, trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets for local and regional markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales & business development experience, preferably in clinical laboratories, scientific/industrial lab software, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in consultative and solution selling is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal (EQ) skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with various client acquisition methods, including cold-calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Experience in working with and managing business partners and enterprise level clients.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region on short notice.
