The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and professionally sell a wide range of properties to potential buyers.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and project launches.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Handle administrative work, providing timely reports and feedback to management.
Undertake sales programs for both residential and commercial properties.
Assist in the preparation for sales launches, marketing activities, and roadshows.
Promote public awareness of projects and entertain walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and more.
Maintain and update customer databases and ensure the sales suite is always neat and tidy.
Achieve company sales targets and sell all products within the given timeframe.
Generate weekly sales reports and track competitor activities through newspaper clippings and advertisements.
Advise customers on matters related to property purchases, including Sales & Purchase Agreements and loan procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
1 to 2 years of experience in property sales, including high-end residential and commercial properties, or similar fields.
