Sales Executive

Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive (F&B) to join the TMGrocer family. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence across the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell F&B products to retailers, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B clients
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
3. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
5. Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
6. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth operations
7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
8. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. At least 1 year of experience in F&B or FMCG sales preferred (Fresh grads are welcome with the right attitude!)
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4. Able to work independently and handle sales targets
5. Must own a car or motorcycle and possess a valid driving license
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
7. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)

1. Commission: Based on individual monthly sales (uncapped)
