SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

1. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to curate product assortments that align with customer demand.
2. Collaborate with department heads to understand specific product needs and preferences for each department (e.g., Fresh Market, Frozen, Grocery).
3. Utilize data analytics tools to identify best-selling items and seasonal products to enhance inventory turnover.
4. Discuss with MH about sourcing products from various suppliers, negotiating terms that benefit both the company and the supplier.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holders certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Other degrees but with extensive experience in merchandising/buying will also be considered.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors with exposure to buying, merchandising, and procurement roles.
