Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Winplus Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and reaching our ambitious targets. This is a full-time position based in Melaka, where you will be responsible for proactively engaging with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and closing lucrative sales deals.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Arranging and conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products
3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet individual and team sales targets
4. Providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
5. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our system
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure deals
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
