About the Job:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at BW Scaffold Industries Sdn. Bhd., located in Johor Bharu, and a part of the BWYS Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Regional Sales Senior Manager to drive sales activities and achieve company growth targets by expanding customer groups as well as establishing new potential customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales activities to achieve company growth targets by expanding existing customer groups and establishing new potential customer bases.
2. Promote and sell company products through direct customer contacts and develop new business within the assigned territory.
3. Identify and acquire new customers/distributors, markets, and opportunities.
4. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets on a quarterly basis.
5. Ensure that all customer accounts are within the agreed sales credit limit and notify superiors of any discrepancies.
6. Identify prospective customers and compile information on competitive products.
7. Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
8. Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing and report to the Head of Department.
9. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
10. Perform all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Materials, Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. 2-4 years of related experience in sales and marketing. Experience in export sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
3. Graduates with no working experience are also welcome to apply; training will be provided.
4. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5. Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
6. Possess strong business acumen and a willingness to meet people and customers.
7. Able to understand engineering drawings or have experience in Racking, Engineering, Industrial Supply, or equivalent.
8. Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes, mostly for Sales Export.
9. Able to start work immediately.
