SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Perniagaan Mutiara Jati' in Bukit Piatu Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the growth of our successful business. We are an established Jati furniture company for over 20 years.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
• Continuously identify and capitalise on new sales prospects

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, driven and target-oriented
• Competitive spirit and the drive to succeed
• Familiarity with the Sales industry and Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry
