SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

As a Sales Executive at UNIQUE IMAGE SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its strategic objectives. In this full-time position based in Johor Bahru District, Johor, covering Central and Southern Johor State, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads, both through cold-calling and leveraging existing customer relationships
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to secure new business
• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Executive FMCG/Pharma industry (Pharmacy, CMH, LKA, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Demonstrated proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
