Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PPE Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role is crucial in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, both through cold-calling and networking
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Demonstrate a detailed understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to prospective customers
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
7. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our sales processes and offerings

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or B2B sales industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers
4. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to effectively manage the sales process
5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
6. Self-motivated, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
