Job Description

This company is a precious metal smelting company (Gold producer).
The main business of this company is the recycling of precious metals through refining.

- Responsible for developing new suppliers (clients) and handling 3 existing clients, e.g., cold calls, emails to get appointments, and visiting them to secure contracts.
- Propose precious metal refining and recycling solutions to electronic component manufacturers, semiconductor manufacturers, and recycling companies.
- The area of responsibility is South-East Asia, with occasional business trips to both abroad and Malaysia after the pandemic.
- Potential suppliers (clients) include manufacturing companies, especially electronic component manufacturers, semiconductor manufacturers, and recycling companies.
- KPI is the number of new clients, the amount of precious metal, and profit.

Qualifications

Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience

Advantage:
- Knowledge or connections in the semiconductor industry

Additional Information

- EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
- Bonus (1-2 months, depending on performance)
- Annual Leave: After completing 12 months, entitled to 14 days. Maximum annual leave is 20 days.
- Medical Leave: 14 days
- Medical Allowance: annual limit of RM 2,000 per year
- Insurance: Individual Medical Insurance & Personal Accident
- Annual Health Check Allowance: annual limit of RM 800 per year
- Business allowance for local and overseas travel.

- Public Holidays: Observe all Penang public holidays (19 days). If a public holiday falls on a Saturday/Sunday, it will be replaced on the following Monday. If the following Monday is also a public holiday, it will be replaced on the next day (Tuesday).

- Japanese Language Allowance: up to RM 2,000 based on JLPT certificate.
