About the role
Join our dynamic team at KORISDA SDN. BHD. as a Sales Executive in our lively office in George Town, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and securing lucrative sales opportunities that will contribute to the company's growth.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting for new leads and clients through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Scheduling and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the New Business Development industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in data management and analysis
- Familiar with Industrial software Promote (such as WMS, MES, etc.)
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Passion for the Sales industry and a desire to contribute to the company's success
