Sales & Event Marketing Executive

We are seeking an energetic Sales and Event Marketing Executive to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people interpersonally and creating witty content to bring attention to the products and services that are championed. Results make you proud!

You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, planning, and executing successful events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a high-energy individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who is comfortable working weekends and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. On Ground Sales Generation:
   • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by understanding customers’ home needs and proposing suitable products from the store.
   • Create content on social media via IG, TikTok, or Shopee Live to drive engagement and sales.
   • Manage leads and share sales reporting with Head of Sales.
2. Event Planning and Execution:
   • Plan, organize, and manage marketing events to drive footfall and sales to the Experience Centre in Bangsar.
   • Ensure each event is aligned with the company’s brand image and meets attendance, engagement, and sales objectives.
   • Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, and post-event evaluations to determine the event's success.
   • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, client meetings, and market research.
3. Marketing and Campaign Management:
   • Create engaging content and promotional materials to boost event attendance and drive sales.
   • Drive sales through IG Live and TikTok shop.
   • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide top-tier customer service to clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth sales and post-sales experience.
   • Address customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
5. Reporting and Administration:
   • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide event performance analysis.
   • Manage a sales and event calendar, ensuring all activities are well-coordinated and communicated internally.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, event marketing, or a related role. Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging event concepts and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in social media apps, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools is an advantage.
