ICEM Hiring! Full Time Sales Event Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales team to ensure that they are completing their tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinating sponsorships, advertising, and promotions to increase event attendance and awareness.
• Developing pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demographics, and competition.
• Communicating with clients to determine their needs and objectives in order to create a successful event.
• Developing and implementing the events marketing strategy and developing products incorporating attractions and new technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in high volume Event Sales or hospitality industry.
• Able to speak in English.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
• Flexible thinker who can adapt selling strategies to changing market conditions and continue to reach sales performance objectives.
• Superior guest service skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent follow-through.
• Must have a professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior management of budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditures.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to include working on weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitudes and mindsets in the workplace, willing to learn and be a team player.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
• Flexible to work after working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
