Sales Engineer & Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer & Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and mentor the sales team.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of feedmill and fertilizer industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales management.
