Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage sales and marketing efforts for company products in the assigned territory.
Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations and provide technical insights into products.
Handle inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and provide follow-up and after-sales service.
Offer professional advice on product performance, conduct site visits, and demonstrate equipment.
Manage debt collection processes for sales transactions.
Prepare and submit detailed sales and marketing reports on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
Actively engage in client outreach through scheduled visits, strategic cold calling, and proactive client engagement initiatives to expand and strengthen the customer base.
Identify and pursue potential customers to expand the company's customer base/new customer development.
Promote company products and services.
Execute sales activities to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics) or Physics, or a related field.
Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
