Sales Engineer

Job Responsibility

1. Handle day-to-day sales documentations and customers' inquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
2. Prepare sales quotations and follow-up on all outstanding sales-related issues
3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
4. Negotiate offer conditions: price, delivery time, and payment within the predetermined frame
5. Handles orders by phone, email or walk-in customers

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
3. Related working experience as an internal sales engineer is an added advantage though fresh graduates with chemical/mechanical engineering background are encouraged to apply
4. For those who do not have any engineering qualifications but have worked in similar engineering industries are welcomed to apply
5. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, fast-learner, able to work independently and a good team-player who is result-driven
6. On-the-job training will be provided
7. Salary offered will depend on your related experience and qualification
8. No travel is required unless assigned during the annual oil & gas and palm oil exhibitions
9. Office location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam
