Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing & implementing sales enablement strategies and channel-specific content, campaigns, and programs to drive awareness, education, preference, and intent for assigned ARO products and aftermarket services. They will provide sales teams and channel partners with sales-qualified leads and approaches to effectively engage, identify value, and close new deals.
This role is key to the organization because they will be charged with leading the development of strategies, tools, and processes necessary for our sales team and channel partners to succeed in the marketplace. A successful candidate will gather insights and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve existing sales processes and deliver on orders and margin goals. The work will directly influence our customer experience and business results.
