JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sound advice, accurate information, and proper guidance to prospective international students.
• Coordinate and manage application processing, document management, and visa applications for students.
• Support efficient administration of student counseling by completing a range of tasks effectively.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to promote educational services.
• Convert potential applicants into enrolled students to meet recruitment targets set by the Office Manager.

Job Requirements: Essential & Highly Desired Features:

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Desirable: Tech and social media savvy candidate.
