Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and creative design solutions that align with clients’ needs and budgets.
• Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Drive sales by converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). SPM with software knowledge and sales experience also welcome.
• Proven experience in sales and design e.g., interior design, furniture, or home improvement industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, 3D rendering software or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for design and customer satisfaction.
