Sales Coordinator / Executive

To assist sales person on sales inquiries and quotations.

Attending to telephone calls and faxing of documents.

Liaise with present prospective customer of inquiries relating to sales, regulatory and other sales operational matters.

Ensure timely delivery of sample or products or goods to the customers with the implementation of proper sales and orders tracking system and close monitoring of delivery schedules.

Responsible for the processing of Invoice and other shipping or delivery related documents.

To execute promotional and sampling activities.

To provide valuable support for the sales team as a whole.

To work in all ways based on company needs or any ad-hoc activity or function.

To understand client’s requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.

RESPONSIBILITY OF SALES EXECUTIVE:

Responsible to aggressively create a market, maintain and establish a close relationship with existing/assigned customer base within designated region.

Seek sales opportunities from existing and new customers.

To build and ensure strong customer relationships.

To conduct sales presentations, negotiate, prepare quotation/proposals/appropriate terms of sales.

Provide product advice and on-site technical support to meet customer's requirements.

To handle and resolve quality matter and return materials.

Regular update on customers' demand and market conditions.

Responsibly handle payment collections.

Quarterly review on sales budget or whenever deemed necessary by management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive working attitude, good interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to converse in English, Mandarin, Malay.

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Basic computer literacy.

Process valid car license, own transport.

Preferably Immediate candidate.
