Sales Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at Glimex Industries Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and will involve coordinating and facilitating sales activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as order processing and data entry
• Provide administrative support to enhance the team’s efficiency.
• Schedule deliveries and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate with the production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes

What we're looking for

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives
• Familiarity with the sales processes and industry trends in the sales coordinator role
