Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to register new and potential customer profiles for business sales references purposes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow-up.
• Process sales, coordinate, and schedule transportation of delivery parts.
• Gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
• Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
• Follow up and submit quotations as per customer request based on their deadline.
• Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by the Head of Department.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Knowing Japanese would be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High degree of good work ethics, pleasant personality, and ability to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidence.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
