About the role
We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team at CASTMAX (M) SDN BHD. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. This is a full-time position based in Subang, Selangor, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records.
2. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
3. Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
4. Analyse sales data and create reports to help the sales team identify trends and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
6. Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the company and our valued clients.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the sales industry.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
5. A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
6. Knowledge of sales processes and industry best practices.
