Sales Consultant Personal Financing-i : Kuching Sarawak

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RHB Banking Group as a Sales Consultant Personal Financing-i in Kuching Sarawak.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the bank's personal financing. This is a full-time position that will require you to be based in the Kuching Branch.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and generate new sales leads for personal financing-i product
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and recommend the most suitable financing solutions
• Process financing applications and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge and regulatory changes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of personal financing-i and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
