Accountabilities
Plans and develops new sales for Mortgage Financing and cross-sell a range of consumer banking products to various market segments.
Actively solicits new tie-ups and business developments through sale launches, campaigns and road shows.
Engages new to the bank customers through cold calls and sets appointments to visit customers.
Maintains close business relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, among others.
Conducts field visits on property financing.
Recommends ideas to increase sales and marketing of mortgage products.
Requirements
Degree/Professional qualification in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing of consumer banking products or any other related financial products.
Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Sound knowledge of the banking industry, consumer banking products & services will be an added advantage.
Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales targets.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good marketing, sales management, and analytical skills.
Possess own transportation.
Independent and results-driven with an optimistic mindset to engage with the local community for new business opportunities.
Able to converse in different languages will be an added advantage.
