About the Role

The role is office-based, located in Redox Malaysia office at UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a graduate entry-level position, provided with mentoring and one-on-one training, receiving continuous guidance and development.

In this position, you will:

1. Cater to a portfolio of accounts over a wide range of industries.
2. Use your excellent people skills to forge relationships with new and existing clients, building up sales and expanding your abilities.
3. Get on the road to visit clients regularly and present Redox products and services.
4. Achieve targets and develop sales, formulate and negotiate pricing.
5. Develop your skills with opportunities to progress your career growth at Redox.

About you

1. You will be a recent graduate, early in your career who is keen to learn and be developed into a successful and leading salesperson.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail.
3. Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-driven.
4. An understanding of chemistry or chemicals would be desirable, due to the nature of the ingredients we distribute.

Requirements:

You must have:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor of Business, Arts, or Science. Desirable - major in chemistry or similar.
2. Citizenship or permanent residence status.
3. Must be able to speak English and Malay; additional languages will be looked upon favorably.
4. Driver's License and car.
5. High-quality communication skills; written, verbal, and in presentation settings, including a professional and courteous phone style.

This position is full-time and permanent.

We provide a competitive salary, contractual bonus, EPF contributions, and quarterly performance-based bonuses. We also provide you with a car allowance and the various tools of the trade.
