Seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant / Car Sales Advisor to join the Volvo Team at Federal Auto Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional sales and customer service, helping clients find their dream Volvo car.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to prospective and existing clients
• Demonstrate and present Volvo vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits
• Actively identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate Volvo model
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final purchase
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers effectively
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Volvo showroom
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on Volvo's latest product offerings and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Passionate about cars and the automotive industry
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
