Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform sales or promotions activities, products, and showcase display.
2. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
3. Ability to demonstrate and explain our products and their accessories.
4. Promote a good brand image of the product.
5. Provide feedback on general market conditions.
6. Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
7. Prepare proposals and handle clients through phone calls and emails.
8. Keep display counters neat and tidy.
9. Carry out any duties as the Company may assign from time to time.

Profile

1. At least 1 year of sales experience in a retail boutique.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good time management skills to meet realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives.
4. Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped.
5. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.

Professional Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in any business field.
2. Comfortable using Excel, Word, SAP.

Languages

1. Fluent in English.
