About the role

Join MBSB Bank Berhad as a Sales Consultant in the Auto Finance Department. In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving sales of the bank's auto finance products to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the bank's auto finance business.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote the bank's auto finance products and services
• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the auto financing application process
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and changes in auto finance regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the bank's sales processes and customer experience

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the financial services or automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactive and driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with auto finance products and the local automotive market
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable
