SALES CONSULTANT

We are a Muslim Travel Agency Company (Tourism) based in Aeropod Commercial Square. We would like to invite you to participate in our company as a Sales Travel Consultant.

Job Description:

1. Able to achieve sales daily target.
2. Work at the office and promote travel packages to local customers, especially packages inside Sabah.
3. Attend to customers through calls and WhatsApp (Online Platform) and able to respond to customer's WhatsApp messages/calls promptly at all times.
4. Assist customers in providing quotations for travel packages.
5. Able to talk and communicate well.
6. Resolve any issues and complaints from guests.
7. Any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Tourism, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.
2. Have an interesting character as a Sales Consultant.
3. Independent and able to work in a multitasking environment.
4. Responsible, meticulous, and possess a good working attitude.
