Employment Location: Bandar Utama
Working Days / Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm (Saturday Halfday)
Preferred start date: March Or April
Salary Package: RM2800 - 3500 + commission (sales target)

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
2. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
3. Recommend and present appropriate solutions or products based on the client's needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings.
4. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
9. Utilize CRM software or other tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate accurate sales reports.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis, consistently striving for professional growth and improvement in sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits to clients.
4. Result-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
