Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Present to clients (one-on-one or group) and understand their needs.
  2. Prepare quotations based on client requirements.
  3. Drive sales as part of a team to meet/exceed targets.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to solve issues.
  5. Provide quick cost estimates for homeowners.
  6. Specify materials and furnishings (lighting, furniture, etc.).
  7. Handle after-sales service and gather customer testimonials.
  8. Offer pre- and post-sales support, including project planning, proposals, and site visits.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum education is SPM.
  2. Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  3. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
  6. Inexperienced people are welcome.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  9. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  10. Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
  11. In-depth understanding of the products/services being sold.
  12. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  13. Ability to assess customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  14. Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns or objections.
  15. Familiarity with RM systems and sales software.
  16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  17. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  18. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  19. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  20. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.
  21. Availability for client meetings, calls, and follow-ups as needed.
