About the Company - This is an exciting opportunity to join the RHB Banking Group as a Sales Consultant Personal Financing Islamic (PFi) in Klang, Selangor. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the bank's personal financing and personal financing-i products. This is a full-time position that will require you to be based in Klang, Selangor.

About the Role - Proactively identify and generate new sales leads for personal financing and personal financing-i products. Engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and recommend the most suitable financing solutions. Process financing applications and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications - Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of personal financing and personal financing-i products and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
