The Sales Commission Executive's key responsibility is to ensure all commissions are accurately computed per commission schemes and paid per agreed schedule. Keeping stakeholders updated with the commission payout results and analysis would be another important function for this role.

Make an Impact by:

• Processing Sales Partners' Activation (AI), Marketing Support Fund (MSF) and other Sales Commission & Incentives accurately and timely.
• Verifying, investigating, analyzing root causes, and resolving disputes/claims raised by Channel Sales, Sales Agents, and Sales Partners.
• Preparing AI & MSF payment summary, payment requisition, and raising Service Entry & Service Order in Global Trading Post (GTP) for approval.
• Liaising with Order Processing Team, Sales Teams, Finance, Sales Partners, and Other Support Teams in clarifying/rectifying sales claims that were rejected and raised as discrepancy claims.
• Updating and maintaining all payout records, master data files, and backing up to keep track of all such information in our Commission folders for reference and audit purposes.
• Ensuring documentation on operation processes & procedures are properly updated, maintained, and available for use.
• Assisting Team Leader or Team Member in providing Sales Partners’ commission data trend as and when required from other Departments.

Skills for Success

• Diploma or Degree in Business.
• Good to have 2 years of relevant working experience. Otherwise, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table), and PowerPoint with good analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, and a positive work attitude.
• Great attention to detail and numbers.
