Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, Takaful Online at AIA Malaysia, located in WP, Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting suitable Takaful solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring follow-up on customer inquiries to close sales. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Takaful business.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, and Takaful knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Capability in Lead Generation and Sales Strategy
  • Familiarity with Digital Platforms and Online Sales knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Certification in Takaful or Insurance Sales is a plus

Job Roles:

  1. Participating in activities to procure Takaful business opportunities.
  2. Evaluating business or individual needs and proposing suitable financial products.
  3. Engaging with customers to provide insurance and financial consultation.
  4. Following up on customer requests and policy servicing.
  5. Sustaining relationships for continuous business opportunities and referrals.
  6. Customer base will be provided by the company.

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/ Diploma/Degree with 1 year work experience or Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
  • Has own transport.
  • Willing to explore beyond your comfort zone.
