Sales Assistant - Grand Senheng Tanah Merah

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of products to customers.
  • Prepare copies of sales invoices or sales receipts for customer reference.
  • Demonstrate use or operation of products.
  • Help customers try on products to ensure they are in good condition and functional before purchase.
  • Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products, and delivery options.
  • Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.

Compensation:

  • Basic salary per month: RM1500
  • Unlimited commission
  • Monthly performance incentive

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/SKM CERTIFICATE qualification and above.
  • Experience in social media livestreaming, and able to produce short videos.
  • Self-motivated, target driven, and passionate about the sales & services industry.
  • The right attitude and interest to learn & grow in the retail industry.
  • Humble and willing to learn.
  • Working experience will be an added advantage.
