JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Engage with customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and conversational demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information about souvenirs and assist customers in selecting items that complement their experience.
  • Take and process orders accurately, including handling cash and electronic payments, and provide recommendations when needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our offerings and service.
  • Promote and sell a variety of souvenirs, including exclusive and themed items, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Actively promote our souvenir merchandise, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our souvenir offerings.
  • Share your knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Assist in arranging and displaying souvenirs in an attractive and organized manner to entice customers.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure that products are well-maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Follow store policies and procedures, including cash and electronic payments handling, security, and loss prevention.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and conversational demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the art, technology, or immersive experience industry is a plus.
  • Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
