Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand the needs and questions of customers.
• Provide the best service and wisely promote the sale of products.
• Prepare sales/promotional area according to the layout, ensuring cleanliness and adequacy.
• Prepare and provide merchandise for the Electrical/Audio Visual Department.
• Process returns of defective goods to the supplier.
• Assist in monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when necessary.
