Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods and store the delivery and involve in stock control and management.
• Respond and deal with customer enquiries or complaints and refer the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
• Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
• Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
• Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
• Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Any other task as assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.

Job Requirements:

• SPM & above
• Training will be provided
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
