Job Description:

1. To fully participate in all sales activities, launching, gathering and promotion, sales event organized by the management.
2. To achieve monthly sales target set by the management for all company projects with good & thorough follow-up until the sales process is completed.
3. To do tele-marketing and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Responsible to do presentation for company projects online or face to face meeting with the customers in good manner and professionalism.
5. Responsible to provide feedback and provide recommendation after presentation with customers.
6. To do visitation to customers for sales & marketing purposes.
7. To work together with HQ Sales Team in achieving the monthly sales target.
8. To identify customer’s background and evaluating their position in the industry by researching and analyzing sales options.
9. To attend company meetings and prepare sales & marketing report whenever required.
10. Require charisma, showmanship and interacting with customers.
11. Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
12. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
13. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
14. Responsible to call customer and set date of appointment for SPA & LA agreement when required.
15. To assist to collect loan documents efficiently and warmly from customer.
16. To do administration report after visitation to all customers and submit daily to BDE.
17. To assist the BDE in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all Sales & Marketing functions. This will include but not limited to manpower, equipment and material planning while ensuring within approved budget.
18. To provide feedback to the BDE after each visit or event and propose solution/improvement.
19. To assist in market research and market analysis.
20. To be on duty whenever required at Sales Gallery or HQ.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO).
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skill.
• This position may be required to work on weekends, and other non-standard work hours as needed.
