Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
• Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.
• Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
• Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
• Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant department in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.

Job Requirements

• Process strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Resourceful, self-motivated & possess great leadership skills.
