Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and recommendations.
2. Understand customer needs and guide them in making purchasing decisions.
3. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support.
4. Operate the autocount system to process sales transactions accurately.
5. Generate and maintain sales records using the autocount system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
7. Keep the sales area organized and visually appealing.
8. Update product displays and promotional materials.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and features.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
11. Generate sales invoices using the autocount system.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience in retail sales coordination preferred.
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to understand customer preferences and offer appropriate solutions.
4. Proficiency in using the autocount system or similar sales software.
5. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
6. Detail-oriented and able to handle sales transactions accurately.
7. Ability to work well in a team and individually.
8. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
9. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and additional languages is a plus.
