Sales Assistant

Job Responsibility

1. Develop and manage customers according to monthly sales KPIs in achieving sustainable growth.
2. Conduct sales proposals and promotions on existing core products.
3. Provide solutions to customers and maintain good rapport to establish long-term relationships.
4. Ensure payment collection is performed in a timely manner.
5. Prepare regular sales reports and feedback on industry trends and competition analysis.
6. Collaborate with the product development team to explore new opportunities.
7. Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
8. Perform other contributing roles deemed necessary to improve overall productivity and sales efficiency.

Job Requirements

In view of our business growth and expansion, we are inviting proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented individuals to join our Sales and Business Development team.

1. Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food Technology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Business Studies, Administration Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Candidates with a Food Technology background and/or past experience in sales and distribution of Palm-based products or Oil & Fats Ingredients will be an added advantage.
3. Ability to communicate well with good analytical and empathy traits will be an added advantage.
